An independent agency, funded by the Government of Ontario, to provide legal services to individuals who have experienced discrimination. Provides legal assistance to individuals in making an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario to resolve a human rights dispute.

  • Assists people to file human rights applications
  • Represents applicants at mediations, hearings, and follow-up enforcements of decisions and settlements at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO)
